Thomas Bell & Sons Ltd are seeking a Stock Controller to manage the inventory at their Country Store based in Brigg.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role and job duties will include warehouse supervisory responsibilities, liaising with Store Management, counting of stock in the warehouse/store and maintaining accurate records of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards.

Salary circa £20k pa

Required to be an active team member and to assist with the efficient operations of the Country Store.
A high standard of Customer Service is essential for this position.

The individual must have the following;

  • A comprehensive knowledge of Equine Management
  • Retail and Customer Service experience required
  • Ability to demonstrate your own initiative within the equine and clothing part of the store
  • Able to organise and  prioritise your workload
  • IT skills beneficial i.e Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook

This position is part time, working on a rota basis, and will involve weekend working.
