Welcome to Thomas Bell, your local Country Store with everything for the horse & rider, pet lover, country enthusiast and more.

We are situated in the popular rural town of Brigg, North Lincolnshire, only a couple of miles from the m180, located next to the railway crossing. For directions please visit our ‘contact us‘ page.

We are stockists of a wide range of pet and animal feed, bedding and accessories as well as an impressive collection of country clothing and footwear from top brands including Barbour, Dubarry, Ariat, Le Chameau, Joules and many more.

Our knowledge

Our experienced team are fully trained to offer advice and guidance to ensure your pet receives the correct feed or treatment. We are also BETA registered and trained up to BETA standard to provide a professional riding hat and body protector fitting service.

We also have a number of qualified SQP’s in store to supply dog, cat and horse wormers and flea treatment.

Graeme

Store Manager

Graeme joined Thomas Bell in 1989 and enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym most nights and cycling throughout the summer months. He is passionate about rugby, especially Leeds Rhinos, music and socialising over good food.

Claire

Senior Sales Assistant

Claire loans a 30 year-old driving pony called Raffles (Pig) who she also shows in veteran classes. She also has 6 working dogs who she spends her winters picking up with on local shoots. Fun fact about Claire… she loves country music.

Kath

Senior Sales Assistant

Kath spends her spare time riding her horse Magic and walking her two dogs Dora and Mable. She is also currently very busy renovating her forever home, a lovely cottage for her and her family.

Trudie

Stock Controller

Trudie has previously competed at local show jumping competitions and has ridden for a number of friends. She has her own Cockerpoo called Milo who enjoys being taken for long walks.

Amy

Equine & Clothing Assistant

Amy spends her free time riding her ex-racehorse, Bongo. She hopes to get out competing with him soon. Fun fact about Amy …. she has a degree in Psychology.

Gracie enjoys spending time with her horses, Martha & Enzo. She also has cats, frogs, dogs and hamsters. Fun fact about Gracie…. she plays guitar.

Jordon enjoys using and fixing vintage tractors. He has an Appaloosa called Poni and two black labradors, Phoebe and Nelly. Fun fact about Jordon…. he used to work on a polo yard.
